The Space:

The apartment has a mini-split for cooling and primary heat. It does not have guest laundry or private outdoor space. The unit shares walls with neighboring apartments, and normal building or street sound may be audible.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to Apartment 2. Entry is through the shared lobby and then the apartment's own smart lock; the current reservation credential is provided securely for both doors.



The small rear gravel lot is shared, first-come, and not guaranteed. If no space is available, guests must use legal street parking and follow posted signs.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is on North Mississippi Avenue in a lively Portland neighborhood with shops, restaurants, and entertainment nearby. Business hours and local conditions can change, so use a current map for plans during your stay.



Getting Around:

Walking, biking, transit, rideshare, and driving are available in the area. Check a current map or transit app for the route and travel time that fits your trip. Street parking is regulated by posted signs and is not guaranteed.



Other Things to Note:

Apartment 2 is one of five apartments in the building and shares walls with neighboring units. Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM, and normal building or Mississippi Ave sound may be audible.



The rear gravel lot is small, shared, first-come, and not guaranteed. There is no reserved space. Use legal street parking and follow posted signs when the lot is full.



The apartment has no guest laundry or private outdoor space. Smoking is prohibited indoors. Pets are welcome, but the apartment cannot be guaranteed completely dander-free.
