"I was disappointed that room I reserved was not what I got. I reserved a 2 bed with a couch corner room. I got a ‘city’ view, 2 beds, no couch, no refrigerator room. It was not enough space for 3 people. The location is awesome with easy access to shopping, parking (garages close at 11pm), and public transportation. The hotel is locked down to keep the many homeless from entering. The food on site is very good and better than an average hotel kitchen. The service staff changed sheets and towels...

"Love this property as it is walking distance from transportation, small shops, walking park, and lake. Room had a small function kitchen and it is a good size for the family. Unfortunately, the price for parking was ridiculous at $52 a day. There was another garage parking a walking distance away for $25 a day. Street parking was hard to get at $3 an hour with 7 pm to 7 am free. "
