The Space:

The open kitchen and sitting area lead to a queen sleeping alcove behind a partial-height divider. A coffee maker, microwave and basic cooking supplies are provided, along with household linens and toiletries. Basic internet is shared across the property; speed and uninterrupted service are not guaranteed.



Guest Access:

Only your apartment is private to your booking. Other units and the blue main house are separate; use only authorized shared property areas. No reserved or private parking is included. Public curb spaces may have permanent or temporary restrictions and charges, so check signs at your exact space.



The Neighborhood:

Between Hawthorne and Ladd’s Addition, near the Division and Hawthorne dining and shopping corridors.

Check current transit routes and parking signs for your trip.



Other Things to Note:

Two exterior steps and an elevated bed platform are required. Occasional noise from other units may be audible. Dogs only, maximum two; the current dog fee applies unless already collected by the booking channel. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. A travel crib requires at least 48-hour advance request and confirmed availability/delivery. Luggage drop requires explicit approval. Opening blinds can expose the interior to people in shared outdoor areas.
