Our room was extremely clean. The Moontide is in a quieter, convenient location, and a very short walk to the beach. The owner lives on site, and was very friendly and attentive upon check-in. We plan to return!

Nice spot 3 houses down from the beach 1/2 mile walk to the board walk. Room we had was small shower is also small but property is very clean owner is on site for all your needs

Monica was amazing. The rooms were so clean and the property was great. The picnic area was so nice, our family had a lobster dinner outside and enjoyed the view. A convient walk to the pier and all the resturants. Our family will definitely be back.

We had a very nice stay at Moontide. Upon arrival, everything was spotless, and the space felt fresh. Parking was hassle-free—even with our full-size SUV, we had no trouble using the designated spot. The location is close enough to Old Orchard Beach pier for easy access, yet far enough to avoid any late-night noise from nearby bars and restaurants. The beach itself was just a short stroll away. We experienced a brief issue with the WiFi, but the staff were incredibly responsive and had it resolved quickly. After the fix, the connection was fast and reliable for the rest of our stay. Overall, Moontide delivered a relaxing and convenient beachside experience with great service. We’d happily return!

Great property and right next to the beach! Cleanest room ive stayed in in my 6 years coming to oob! They even accomodated a request i made for parking during the car show weekend. I highly recommend this place, family owned and live on the property!
