The Space:

This reservation includes Units 1–5 in the same building. Each apartment has its own entrance and private interior; the apartments do not connect through one shared interior. Guests move between them through the common entry areas or outside.



The five apartments together have 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and 7 queen beds. There are no sleeper sofas. Units 1 and 2 are on the first floor, Units 3 and 4 are on the second floor, and Unit 5 uses a separate daylight-basement entrance. Stairs and exterior travel between apartments are required.



The building is on an active commercial corridor, and neighborhood activity and normal sound between apartments may be audible, especially during evenings and weekends.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to all five apartments in this group reservation. Units 1–4 use the shared lobby and smart locks. Unit 5 has a separate exterior route, patio gate, key lockbox, and physical keys. Current credentials and the complete arrival sequence are provided securely for each reservation.



The rear gravel lot is first-come and not guaranteed. Multiple vehicles may need legal street parking.



The Neighborhood:

The building is on North Mississippi Avenue in a lively Portland neighborhood with shops, restaurants, and entertainment nearby. Business hours and transportation options can change, so use a current map or transit app for plans during your stay.



Getting Around:

Walking, biking, transit, rideshare, and driving are available in the area. Check a current map or transit app for the route and travel time that fits your trip. Street parking is regulated by posted signs and is not guaranteed.



Other Things to Note:

This is a five-apartment group reservation, not one connected interior home. Each apartment has its own entrance and living space.



The apartments span multiple levels. Stairs and exterior travel between apartments are required, and no fully step-free route has been verified. Please ask before booking if someone in your group has a specific mobility requirement.



Rear gravel-lot parking is limited, first-come, and not guaranteed. Do not block another vehicle; use legal street parking and follow posted signs when the lot is full.



Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM. Smoking is prohibited indoors. Pets are welcome, but the apartments cannot be guaranteed completely dander-free.
