We had a room on 4th floor that had a strong odor of mildew upon opening the door. It was unbearable. There’s definitely ventilation issues. I requested a different room and received one on the third floor luckily that one didn’t have the same issue. The front desk clerk acted like it was no big deal when I told her about the issue however, I felt fortunate that we were able to move to another room. There is a fridge in the room and put some items in there and unknown to me. The fridge actually wasn’t on and that is something that you have to personally do so all of the yogurts I had stored went bad. There should’ve been a note on the fridge to let the guest know. But hoping my comment will help somebody else in the future.

We had a great stay, quiet, comfortable bed, breakfast has small omlettes but canadian bacon was super thin. But overall jice. We used pool it was heated nicely and had plenty of towels. Only reason I say good stay is our shower drain was clogged and we pulled lots of hair out. And under the silver piece was kindof gross. But overall a good stsy, close to everything by 20 min.

Overall it was a good hotel for the price I paid. The pool was great for kids and the breakfast had a lot of options. Only thing I’d suggest is maybe having some more allergy friendly options. One problem I had was that the bathroom and closet shared a door, which is fine but the real issue was that the bathroom door didn’t shut all the way. There was a like 2-3 inch gap. Also the hair products were empty and there was an odd residue around the shower.

The staff was incredible! We had a cheer competition and the stress and chaos were intense, in the morning of the second day we had a minor emergency with makeup on a white uniform, the extra makeup wipes provided by your helpful front desk staff did the trick and we took home first place!
