Everything's great about this hotel- location, rooms, roof terrace, staff breakfast..difficult to use the pool at certain times so busy. Lots of parking near by so no need to pay for valet parking.
Our room was pristine, the staff were very friendly and helpful from the valet to the front desk to the housekeeping. The continental breakfast was perfect to get our adventures in Portland going for the day. My favorite part was the rooftop patio where we could sit and watch the Portland Crow Roost come in at sundown.
The room was nice and big, staff was great, pool was perfect for the kiddos. Only thing was the pull out couch was very uncomfortable. Other than that great place and would def stay again!
I will absolutely be staying at this hotel again when I come back to Portland. The staff were super kind and helpful the whole time. The room was very nice and the breakfast was delicious. I wanted to give a special thanks to the gentleman at the front named Dan. He was so incredibly helpful our first day. He was just amazing. Definitely recommend!
I was super nervous after reading reviews about homeless all around, but definitely felt better upon arriving and not seeing any around the hotel. The valet is there ready to assist you out our car which made us feel safer. The $50 valet parking fee is totally worth it for stress free parking, leaving and arriving back to hotel. Plus your stay includes a great continental breakfast with a good variety of breakfast. I’ll def stay here again and recommend it to single or family visitors.
