• The downstairs ADU is rented separately and has its own private entrance on the side of the house. You may see guests briefly as they come and go, but there is no shared interior access between units.

• The home has stairs, including one bedroom located on the main floor and two upstairs. The only bathroom is upstairs beside the stairway, and there is no main-floor bathroom.

• We provide Wi-Fi, fresh linens, towels, and basic toiletries to ensure a comfortable stay.

• Guest laundry is not included. Please message us before booking to confirm shower, dishwasher and entry-code availability; the shower was unusable during a recent stay. The backyard hot tub is available, but shower availability should be confirmed before planning to use it. Cooling is not included unless we confirm availability, and temperatures may vary between rooms.

• If you’re traveling with a larger group and need more space, feel free to reach out to inquire about renting the downstairs unit as well.

🚭 No Smoking or Vaping

Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Guests who wish to smoke or vape must leave the property completely.

We're available by message anytime and typically respond within minutes. We're local to Portland and happy to help with anything - from restaurant recommendations to a quick answer at midnight when you can't find something. We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there.
