1 - Please remove your shoes when indoors.
2 - Smoking tobacco or marijuana is strictly prohibited
3 - Events and/or parties are strictly prohibited and will result in additional fines and immediate eviction.
4 - Quiet hours are in effect from 10pm - 8am. Please also be mindful of the neighbors outside of these times.
4 - Please turn off lights and lock all doors and windows when not at home.
5 - If using street parking, please consider the neighbors and park near the home, if possible.
6 - The number of guests on your reservation should reflect the number of guests staying in the home. Message us if this needs to be updated.
7 - Please do not have any mail or packages delivered to the home. Should you choose to have a package delivered anyway, Descansa Property Management is not responsible for lost or misplaced packages. We will not be available to help locate in the event of either.
8 - Spring through Fall is sugar ant season throughout the Pacific Northwest. Please store items accordingly and clean thoroughly after cooking and eating. Dispose of food waste promptly.
9 - Items left behind can be shipped to you at the cost of shipping + a $30 processing fee.
10 - Excess cleaning may result in an additional cleaning fee.
11 - Violation of house rules may result in eviction and/or monetary fine.

July 2025 stay

The house was nicely updated and remodeled on the inside and stocked well with everything needed. Very comfortable master bed. AC was a huge bonus since it was a hot month. Walking distance to lots of great restaurants, bars, and food truck areas. Both front and back decks were dirty and the outdoor furniture needed cleaning. The barking dog across the street was a nuisance, so a homeowner on this street should deal with the issue.
