Private 2BR/2BA booking within a larger Sunnyside apartment. It includes the designated main-level queen bedroom and the top-floor queen primary suite; the other main-level bedroom is excluded. The Space:

The included bedrooms are the designated queen bedroom on the main living level and the queen primary suite with en-suite bathroom on the top floor. The second bedroom on the main living level is not included and must remain unused, even if its door was accidentally left unlocked.



The kitchen, dining room, living room, sunroom, and two included bathrooms are private to your reservation. Exterior stairs lead to the entrance, followed by interior stairs to the main living level and another flight to the primary suite. There is no step-free route. Shared coin-operated laundry is in the basement, not inside the apartment.



Guest Access:

Your group has private use of the described apartment areas and two designated bedrooms. The other main-level bedroom is excluded and must not be entered or used unless it is added through a written reservation change. Other apartments in the building have separate entrances.



Self check-in uses a physical key from the routine lockbox near the mailboxes. Street parking is not assigned or guaranteed; read posted signs and do not block the driveway.



The Neighborhood:

Central Sunnyside is highly walkable, with Belmont and Hawthorne restaurants, cafés, bars, shops, groceries, and transit nearby. This is an active dining and nightlife district rather than a quiet residential retreat; street and restaurant/bar noise may be audible, especially at night and on weekends.



Getting Around:

Walking, biking, rideshare, and TriMet bus service are practical ways to get around. Street parking is available but is not assigned or guaranteed; always read posted signs and curb markings, and do not block the property driveway.



Other Things to Note:

The excluded main-level bedroom may not have a functioning lock; it remains outside this reservation even if its door is open. Message us if labels are missing rather than guessing which room is included.



This older multi-unit building is near busy Belmont and Hawthorne restaurants and bars. Street, restaurant/bar, and neighboring-unit noise may be audible, particularly at night and on weekends. The home requires exterior and interior stairs and has no step-free route. Cooling equipment is not advertised while recent maintenance reports are being resolved.
