"Brilliant experience. Wonderful hotel in a stunning location but the best thing was the helpfulness of the staff. All were very pleasant and polite. They were quick to help and solve any issues. Definitely visit again!"

"We had the Executive Sea View room views were amazing. The room was very big and tastefully decorated very clean. Staff all very helpful and polite. Breakfast was nice the choice was plentiful for everyone. Bar area was nice and comfortable overall the hotel is very good and a great location. Would book the same room again if we could get it at the price we paid this time"

"Room was spacious and clean, but tired. Shower is a stand in a bathtub situation. Windows very dirty, and bed was a big, but needed a little TLC. Fine, but 2/3star at best. Breakfast was good, cooked breakfast very good. Service was impeccable. Bar service slow as the Batman appeared to be in the restaurant also. Accept this is Penzance, not Paris, so I’m satisfied, but not blown away, for over £200 a night."
