Leonardo Hotel Belfast

Leonardo Hotel Belfast

10/10 Excellent
"Roadtripping around beautiful Ireland we spent a couple nights at the Leonardo and really enjoyed the property. It's always nice to have a bar and restaurant on site. We met up w local friends and had a lovely dinner there. Room was nice and clean. Remote parking wasn't too far. Good location. Just a few minute taxi ride to the dock for Aran Island tours and the Leonardo was the pick up point for our Black Taxi tour."

What is the difference between a historic hotel and a heritage hotel?
The two are similar. The term "historic hotel" is more common in the U.S., while you'll often hear "heritage hotel" in Asia and Europe. A heritage hotel draws meaning mainly from the cultural value that the place has and how it inspired the community.

Yes, efforts are made to preserve treasured traditions and historic facades, while interiors have safety features and modern conveniences. Booking a historic hotel in Portaferry doesn't mean you will stay in a place that's rundown.
