"Service was excellent as was the bar. We were there July 11 and 12 and still felt safe and the parade went right by the hotel. Hotel staff did their best to book last minute Black Taxi tour despite it being late afternoon on the 11th. "

"Amazing place to stay. Bathroom was terrific with great water pressure and very hot water. The room was very nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. They helped with laundry and a taxi. The front desk truly cares about the guest and spends time with each to be sure they’re good. Location is about 10 minutes away from everything. "

"The staff was wonderful and the room was clean. The bed was comfortable and the food from the restaurant was delicious. The is not parking available on site but there is a parking garage directly across the street. I would stay there again."

The amenities are fantastic with the spa facilities, snooker room, drawing room for a peaceful morning. Breakfast in the main dining area with views of the Mounre Mountains is an experience itself. We hosted a family dinner in JJ Farrell’s food and service exceptional"

"Great location within walking distance of many historical pubs. Belfast has become a place worth the visit. Not too bad for parking considering it is the city centre. Clean rooms. Wonderful, very helpful staff. 😊👍"
