About WindMark Beach Resort:
WindMark Beach is a gated, private residential community that blends natural Florida beauty with thoughtful amenities. The neighborhood features on-site dining (including a beloved pizza spot), a community pool, playground, fire pit, bike trail, and multiple beach boardwalks leading to a quiet, uncrowded stretch of Gulf shoreline. Golf carts are welcome on the roads, making it easy to explore without ever needing your car.

Main House: Ground level features an open kitchen/living area with bar seating for 5, a full bath (accessible from living area and Bedroom 1), and a king-bed primary suite with TV. The first level includes a king-bed suite with reading nook, workspace/desk, dual-vanity bath with soaking tub and large walk-in closet, plus a bunk room with TV. Screened side porch and covered front porch complete the main living spaces.
Guest House: Private queen bedroom with TV, mini-kitchen (microwave, coffee maker, beverage cooler), full bath with walk-in shower, and large walk-in closet.
Outdoors: Private hot tub, pergola grilling area with 60" outdoor TV, and multiple patio spaces.
