During the time of active work at or near the property, access to the beach will be limited and/or not allowed, heavy machinery will be in use, and bright lights on the beach.     Nestled snugly between St. Joseph Bay and the Gulf of Mexico is an incredible gulf front townhouse you can call home on your next escape to the beach. It’s almost impossible to get any closer to the water than right here at Their Inheritance in the Sunrise Sunset complex just North of the rock wall on Cape San Blas.

    Your family will enjoy the peaceful breezes on the screened deck while watching the kids build sandcastles, and the waves roll in. St Joseph Bay is located directly across the street and has easy access to kayaks and paddleboards. Paddle out into the wonderful world of marine life.
