The Windmark Community: The coastal resort style community is located along the shores of beautiful St. Joseph Bay. You can enjoy the fresh air on nature trails, boardwalks and cart paths or get a workout in at the state-of-the-art fitness center (additional fee required). Homes are raised slightly to take full advantage of the Bay breezes. The community features a swimming pool, Village Green and Amphitheater, Sweet Shop, Restaurants, Bar, and beach walkover access to four miles of pristine St. Joseph Bay coastline.  
  
Access to Windmark is off of route 98\. Closest airport is Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) in Panama City.  
  
\* Golf cart available for $75/night+tax. You must pay for the golf cart for the entire duration of the reservation. (i.e. 5 nights=$375) Golf cart rental fee and rental agreement must be signed for use of golf cart. If the golf cart is used without signed liability form and successful payment guest may incur an additional $500 fee and non-refundable cancellation of remainder of reservation.

#### Lovely House and Community 

We had such a great visit to Port St. Joe! We loved the layout of the house as it fit our family perfectly. Our elementary aged kids had a blast riding around in the golf cart too! The beach was beautiful, and easily accessible. 10/10 !!

Roomy clean open 4 bedroom floor plan considering square footage. It was very comfortable for our family of 8\. Short walk to pool, beach and local shops. Excellent communication with host. Would definitely book again.

#### Two families on spring break

We throughly enjoyed our time in this house. It have our group of 4 adults and 4 kids under 7 plenty of space to spread out with great communal areas. The golf cart was a hit. The house was very clean, and we had everything we needed. Loved the proximity to the pool, beach and especially candy and ice cream shops.

#### Lovely Home, Community, and Beach

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It was clean and peaceful. We brought our two tiny poodles and took them everywhere we went. They even enjoyed walking along the beach. The property owners quickly responded to emails and access to the property was seamless. We really enjoyed the community pool and had fun touring the area on the golf cart. Thank you for letting us stay!

Very clean property and picture are exactly what the listing provided! Pool, beach, & cute shops all within walking distance. The golf cart is a must to rent! The only complaint that we can say is, the mattress are too hard. This is one of many first trips to this location!

#### Perfectly Set up for Stress Free Family Trip

Perfect location, walk to the beach, drive to town for dinner, or take a quick adventure to the Cape. This house is set up perfectly for a family trip! Two great queen rooms, a four twin bunk room, and a beautiful Master Suite. Kitchen was well equipped for eat in family dinners and the grill was a great addition. House was clean, with a great towel set for each guest! Optional golf cart rental is perfect for a trip to the beach, evening stroll or ride to grab ice cream. Big recommend, we’ll be back!

The property is great and the little town center on the way to the beach and pool is awesome. The house was very clean and the hosts were great. We had a little packing issue and Christina was able to help us solve it as soon as we arrived. We had two littles with us and took full advantage of the golf cart and beach wagon.

We loved windmark beach! The area was such a hidden gem! I loved that we could golf cart and bike the neighborhood! The merchant store, ice cream shop, Bruno’s pizza, and the view on old 98 were our favorites!!
