Dog-Friendly 3BR · Gulf Beach Steps Away· Sleeps 9

Some beach houses say they're close to the water. Just Beachy is 23 steps from the beach walkover — close enough that you can hear the Gulf from the front deck, close enough that a forgotten sunhat is a 46-step round trip, close enough that the kids will be in the sand before you've finished your first cup of coffee. This sunny, light-filled end-unit townhome in the gated Barrier Dunes community is one of the best-positioned properties on Cape San Blas, with the gulf-front community pool steps from the front door and three full floors of thoughtfully designed space for up to nine guests.

Just Beachy is the kind of home that makes a family vacation feel effortless. Mornings start bright and open on the main level — sun pouring through the bay window, the kitchen stocked and ready, coffee at the breakfast bar while someone fires up the gas grill on the Gulf-view deck. By the time everyone is assembled and sunscreened, the beach is a 23-step walk away. Afternoons have a natural rhythm here: surf, community pool, back to the deck, repeat. And because every sleeping area in Just Beachy — including the loft — has its own private bathroom, there's never a queue for the shower when everyone comes in off the sand at the end of the day. Evenings wind down on the main deck, Gulf breeze cooling things off, the sun making its slow descent over the water while dinner comes together in the well-appointed kitchen inside.

The main level is bright and airy with a generous open-concept layout — fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar with two barstools, dining area, spacious living room with sleeper sofa and Smart TV, a bay window seat, and a half bath — all opening directly onto the large Gulf-view deck with dining table and gas grill.
