Enjoy incredible views from every room and any one of your three large covered balconies. This home creates the perfect family atmosphere with a spacious and open floor plan. Features include: hardwood floors, granite counters, stainless appliances, elevator servicing all floors, DirecTV in every room, free Wi-Fi, washer, dryer, fully stocked kitchen, natural gas grill, outside shower and more. 1st Floor: pool, parking and entry. 2nd floor: Living room with sofa sleeper, full bath, kitchen and dining room. 3rd Floor: 4BR/3BA (3 Kings and 4 Twins). 4th Floor: King master suite with Jacuzzi tub, tile shower and baby crib. Pool heat is included. Saturday to Saturday rental during peak seasons.
