This home comes with everything you should need! All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. You need to bring beach towels, as the home will only have bath towels. We also provide an initial supply of toilet paper, rubbish bags, laundry, dish and bath soap.

Reservations Cancelled/Reservations Changed: A minimum fee of $150.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) will be charged on the reservation total of a cancelled reservation only if the property re-rents for the same time period and at the same rate. Changes in a reservation, whether to the same property under different dates or changing properties altogether will be treated as a cancelled reservation. In the event the property does not re-rent for the same time period and at the same rate, all monies paid to Cape San Blas Holiday Rentals, Inc. will be forfeited.
