Miller family vacation
Had a great stay! Don was available when needed. We had everything we needed at the house and the stores were close for the odds and ends we had to get. There was plenty of things to do in the area. Will definitely keep this location in mind for future trips!

We're from all of l the US and get together in Fl., getting away from our RVs for a weekend. The location and property were perfect. Pool, billiards, pontoon boat, plenty of room, well stocked. Don was a great host and we just enjoyed our time in Port Richy. Highly recommend!

A little disappointed
The house was very spacious and perfect for our group size. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool. I chose this house mainly for the pool and the kitchen with double ovens and 2 fridges. I had planned a baking night with my grand kids, however neither oven was operable. One of the fridges freezer section wasnt working and we lost two quarts of ice cream that was being served with birthday cake. Quite embarrassing for our BD party. We couldn't turn on the hot tub either. The boat was also broken so we couldn't use it. We did leave a voice mail and messaged Don through VRBO messaging. We might think about staying there in the future if everything was in working order.

Open and cheery home
Absolutely loved the dock and awesome sunrise and sunset views. If you get lucky you may spot a dolphin or two. House was so user friendly, bright and cheery. Kids loved the pool and grownups the pool table. Definitely stay here again.

This Property was so southern, warm and inviting, wonderful open floor plan, and that lanai with the pool, we had a blast in the pool and playing pool!!! We loved everything about it, a bathroom in every room, again, the pool was beautiful and clean, we just loved everything about it!... there was a couple of updates that are needed but the owner was happy to take our findings and work on them, i really hope we get to stay there again someday soon!!! The neighbors were super friendly, and the view of the canal was awesome as well! This is a wonderful place for a family to stay or even just a group for work that have to travel to that area, it is peaceful and just very home like!!! gosh I could go on and on but y'all go see for yourself! ;) The Smith

Perfect!
This beautiful home offers plenty of room to spread out and is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is perfect for cooking meals together. Loved spending time on the front porch and dock watching the boats go by❤️.

Quaint Older Home Great For Family & Friends
We were a group of cousins and some spouses and adult children in the area for a cousin's birthday celebration. The home spaces were great for our needs with plenty of areas to join together or just enjoy your own space. Pool, Jacuzzi, TV and pool table in the Florida room was a popular amenity. The home has some deferred maintenance as do many older homes, but nothing too unmanageable. Don was nearby and quick to respond to any questions or needs.

My highest recommendation is would I be willing to stay again and yes, not only myself but everyone in our party which was made up of picky, opinionated ladies. Don is a nice guy and we all enjoyed our weekend even with bad weather. The house has lots of space, the pool was really heated so we could enjoy it even in cooler temps. Weeki Watchi was fun, lots of good restaurants, plenty of interesting walking and river watching. Neighbors are all friendly. This house will go on my top choices list.

Amazing stay!!
We had such a a wonderful experience!! Conveniently located, SO spacious and CLEAN! We felt very welcomed - Don was. Great host, very responsive and helpful when we needed fishing advice! We rented the boat for a day and rode out to Durney Key where we anchored and explored! Would love to come here again if we're in the area! 10/10 HIGHLY recommend!!

Very relaxing place
The family took a spring break down to Port Richey and we do not regret the decision. Don, the host, was great and showed up to walk us through everything when we arrived. We enjoyed the place very much as the kids swam everyday in the pool and we fished from the dock.

Spaciousness house with awesome pool
House was nicely stated and big enough for our 2 families with total of 9. we cooked most meals there so 3 fridges was nice. kids loved pool which was clean and heated option was great for our March trip and adults utilized hot tub every night. Didn't realize one of the sleeper couches that counted towards sleeps 12 was in main living room beside pool area so wasn't usable for us but we made it work.

Perfect Local Getaway for 2 Families
We had two families staying at this home for a close to home spring break getaway. We were worried about feeling like we were in each other's way, but it was perfect! It feels like 3 houses in one. The pictures do not do it justice. We hope to come back in the summer. We each had our 7yr olds with us and they had a blast! The dual kitchen set up with beyond amazing! Don is an excellent host. A group of 8 of us stayed at this property. The house was very clean and the kitchen had everything you could want for preparing meals. The house was very comfortable for all of us to spread out. The owner was always readily available to answer any questions we had. The pontoon boat was lots of fun for our whole group including our two dogs. The pool and spa were very clean. The only suggestion our group has is to clean off the live oak moss off the mansard screen over the pool. We enjoyed our two week stay very much!

Lovely Space with plenty of room.
The property was very clean. It was very centrally located in Port Richey- very close to many restaurants. I loved the fact that all 4 bedrooms all had their own attached, private bathrooms. The outdoor area was great. The kitchen was well stocked. I loved the washing machines upstairs AND downstairs. Don, the host, was very helpful, friendly, and quick to respond. I would recommend this property.

Property was great and had more items provided than at Any other property I have rented. The pool and spa was great and Don ( the host) helped us with anything we asked. Beds were very comfortable! great for large gathering
The house was larger than I expected. I wanted something that would fit my 4 siblings and their family under one roof for our mother's memorial. This place fit it and more. Sometime i would rent location and they don't always have what i need in the kitchen. This place had enough to for our group 2x over. Plenty of space to fit everyone and areas were if you wanted be by yourself you can. The option to rent out the boat is also a great plus.

We do a big family vacation every year before school starts. This year we chose Florida and it was beautiful. The house had enough rooms and bathrooms. The pool was nice for the kids and they took advantage of it every day. The host was super nice and responded back pretty quick. This was probably one of my favorite vacations so far. Huge home every bedroom has its own bathroom. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need there are 2 washing machines and dryers. The host Don is awesome and very helpful. We rented boat was easy to rent and run. My family had great time scalloping we will definitely rent from Don again! Highly recommend this property

Perfect Family vacation spot!
Everything was amazing! The pictures don’t do the property justice. It’s absolutely beautiful, relaxing and only a short distance to Tarpon Springs and Clearwater. Don was an amazing host. Very responsive and just an overall nice guy. We took out the pontoon, which was amazing! Had coffee with a view every morning! There were 10 of us from age 6 to 68. Plenty of room! We’ll be back!

A perfect getaway
My family gathered from all over for a high school graduation. The house was perfect! It was so nice having private bathrooms off the bedrooms, access to the water and the view, the pool and pool table, and the kitchen had everything. All we had to buy for the week was food and drinks. Don was very friendly and responsive when we had a problem with the sliding door. We have another graduation in a few years and I will definitely see if this property is still available!

The best getaway ever!!!!!
This house is everything it advertised and more! The crew of my fire station in Canada wanted to simply go to Florida, and relax after a couple of crazy years! Well, we were not disappointed by this property! We were 5 people and all we wanted to do is have fun and fish! Don the owner met me and insured that all of our needs were looked after! He is not just a great host, he is one of the nicest person I’ve ever met! We rented the pontoon boat, fished, enjoyed the local restaurants and cooked great meals in the extremely well appointed kitchen. One of the biggest high lights our this trip, was behing accepted by the best neighbors ever! Truly a vacation we will remember forever! Port Ritchey is an hidden gem! Thank you so much Don! Don was an excellent host! House had everything we need and the pool area with the outdoor fridge, pool table, and fans were great and we spent most of our time out there. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone with kids or a large group. Again, Don was the best host and we really enjoyed talking with him and are grateful for him letting us rent his property.

This was the perfect house for 4 couples to relaxe, golf, boat and enjoy the pool area. The neighborhood was friendly and low key. Bar/restaurant within walking distance and several others a very short drive. Nice to have access to a boat. Don was a great host.

Great place for siblings/spouses gathering!
We were very pleased with the property. Plenty of room for eight adults ~ with each of us enjoying the privacy of our own rooms/bathrooms. The pool/outdoor area was so comfortable and we enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub, pool table, grilles, and extra gathering space. We took advantage of the pontoon rental and the day of cruising was sunny and beautiful. I think the only thing we found a bit frustrating was the distance to things to do ~ golfing, Tarpon Springs, Homosassa, and Clearwater beach. But this is a perfect 'gathering spot",

The listing is exactly as described. Lots of room to spread out in different sections of the home. Everything you could possibly need is available. Master is really big and the bed is comfortable. Pillows not so great, flat and old. Two very large refrigerators are available. 3 types of coffee pots with filters. Bring your coffee or Keurig cups. I think bath soap was overlooked, luckily we always bring everywhere. Bring detergent pods if you plan to wash clothes. Hair dryer was on a shelf in upper laundry area. Due to rain not able to take pontoon out, but if you are able the sights would be worth the effort. Hot tub and pool in screened area with pool towels. It was a very nice experience and we thank our host Don for his rental. Definitely rent again. Recommend. Tarpon Springs Greek restaurants were awesome, i.e. Rustybellies, Hellas food and bakery. Catches rest. in Dunedin.

We very much enjoyed staying in this home, it was very clean when we arrived. Everything you could ever need was in the home, from the abundance of towels to spices and oil for cooking. It was very roomy for our large family of 12. Having 2 laundry areas was also great. It was so nice for everyone to have their own space. Don was very helpful during our stay and in getting the pontoon ready. The pool and hot tub were an amazing bonus.

Short and sweet vacation!
Our stay was short but so much fun! Don was a great host. Communication was quick and helpful. All the reviews were so spot on. The house was good and exactly what we needed. We caught over 25 fish off the dock. The kids had a blast with it. We also rented the boat for the day and enjoyed the water and sunshine. We will be back! Thanks Don for sharing your home.

A great vacation spot
We had a great time . The house was big we had 9 of us . The kids enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The kids also liked using the bikes. The boys fished . Don was great and helped out a lot. The pool and spa did not get hot enough but the kids enjoyed it.

Great house and location
House was very clean. Lots of space. Great view to sip morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while looking over canal. Myself and family enjoyed this home very much. Ages 8-45. Don the host was fast to act on any issues. Within the hour. The master suite is truley a suite. However i don't believe the jets in the tub were operational according to my son and wife whom stayed up there. Not to worry tho, there was an outdoor hot tub to the rescue. This was truely enjoyable. The hot tub got to 104 in two hours. All bedrooms were clean and welcoming. The downstairs bedroom matress could use replacing it was a bit saggy in the middle. Just put your kids down there. Lol.kitchen was huge and easy to cook in. The convection oven was dreamy. I would recommend some newer baking sheets and sharp butcher knives, oh and most importantly the wine bottke opener gave me attitude not sure if theres another one. but all appliances you need are there and in working order. Two refrigerators in kitchen was super helpful. There was plenty of space for all to sit and eat. All tvs were a bit tricky to use but that can be fixed with updated batteries and laminated direction cards. As for the outdoor pool area. Pool and hot tub were fantastic. Very enjoyable even in the pouring rain. However there is no railing to step into pool or hot tub which could be tricky for someone older. I would recommend a bigger choice of board games as well. That was a bit scarce.There's a great grill area but i forgot to tell Don it needs cleaning, there was alot of smoke without food on it and i didn't notice a fire extinguisher. My husband cleaned one side of grill and it worked great after that . Plenty of space to cook lots of food. Started right up with an over head fan. We didn't rent the pontoon boat but if you happen to do so i believe you may be able to take it down to whiskey Joe's. Its a 3 min car drive. What a place. Outdoor fire pits , bar, food ecct right on the water. Not to mention a serious bbq outdoor smoking restaurant across the street from Joe's. This house is a great location. 40 mins from bush gardens, airport, weekie watchee. Don is more than happy to accommodate any needs you have. We really enjoyed ourselves and would rent pontoon next time.

Best Vacation House for Family
This was the best vacation house for our family. The house was quite spacious and beautiful. Fully stocked with everything you need and might even think of needing. Receieved a nice welcome from the owner and was so happy we chose this vacation house. Convenient location, beautiful rooms, fully equipped kitchen, out door living and pool big enough for the family. What more could you ask for!
