This hotel offers dirty linen, non working amenities and roommates( cockroaches).probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel ever. Not to mention security trying to break in at 2 am because they wrote down the wrong room number and having to produce my Expedia confirm information while I was half asleep. So we didn’t get kicked out. and we asked for clean linen and they wouldn’t give us any.

What a dump! The room I was given must have been trashed before I got there. Smoke detector was in the drawer, no provisions to hang up clothes, no lights on the night stands, one set of electric that ran all electrical items in the room, no electric plugs by the bed so I could plug my CPAP machine in. All of this is just a start of all the bad things about this place. Expedia can't even contact this place or they are just not answering their phone. Was told I would be getting a refund for the nights I couldn't use but as of today, 4/5/24, haven't heard a thing.If I could give it a 0 for the rating, I would have. Expedia, take this hotel off your listing of hotels in the Tampa/Port Richey area, PLEASE!!!!
