Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy

NO HOT WATER

When we arrived, there was no hot water, Contacted the Owner Henry he stated he would send his wife to check it out. Second day Contacted the Owner he said he would look into it. Third contacted the owner he said he would send out a plumber, Plumber arrived stated there was a problem with the hot water heater, Owner advised me he would refund mr one day's rental. NEVER DID!
