queen bed hard as a rock buy mattress toppers lounge hard all cushions thin and worn out old fridge requires replacement shower too small but awesome water pressure kitchen adequate needs wash clothes for cleaning no serviettes clean linen could do with extra towels if a family

We stayed in the boat house for two nights and found it really well presented and super clean. The holiday park is small but nice and a lovely feel to it. Only minutes walk to Flynns beach and a short drive into main centre. Would definitely go back.

The van was older but everything worked ! The fridge was cold and freezer froze my ice blocks ! Outstanding after two previous hotel fridges couldn’t perform ! The location is great and I can Hartley say it was a blast ! Thanks

NEVER AGAIN!
We booked for 2 nights after staying at Gold Coast heading back to Sydney just to have some rest and check out the town. The area was quiet but the conditions were very bad. Bad smell very old mattresses it was like sleeping on uneven springs no toiletries . And then that’s when I decided to leave a day earlier. RUBBISH !!!

We booked the family cottage based on the photos and reviews however we were very disappointed. The accommodation was not clean and there was a very strong odor throughout. There were dead flies and cockroaches on the window seals, one of the bedrooms did not have a fly screen for the window restricting ventilation & ceiling fans made a loud noise causing a disrupted sleep not to mention that the bedding was also uncomfortable. The bathroom was not functional as the vanity sink was extremely high was not suitable for children. The lounges were dirty/stained which were attempted to be covered by an even dirtier blanket. Decor was old and dysfunctional. After a 3 night stay, I would highly advise you to reconsider this park for your next holiday destination if you plan on staying in one of the cabins.

Park was small short drive to beach and town the rooms the glass sliding door didn’t lock the couch had a blanket thrown over it as it was old and stained couldn’t get out off it when I sat down. Bathroom very small stayed for 3 nights and didn’t get a room service wouldn’t stay anymore then 1 night there

The accommodation was very spacious and well appointed. The lounge suit needed a clean but the rest of the chalet was spotless. A bit of a drive into town for shopping and dining.

Everything about this park was amazing. Staff were lovely. The cabin was clean and in amazing condition. The park was nicely set out and had some beautiful wild bird around. Walkable to the restaurant/pub next door or just a block away from coffee. We definitely will be coming back.

The air conditioner was very weak and seemed to make no difference no matter what setting it was on. There was loud noise from bands playing next to the park for Friday night and Saturday night until 10pm and on Sunday from midday.

The caravan park is like straying in a tropical oasis. There are trees everywhere. We stayed in a cabin which felt like it was brand new. We will return one day to camp.

The first thing we noticed on check-in was the bird song. The property has cabins set between mature trees and sub-tropical plantings in the many garden beds. We had everything we needed for our overnight stay, including a good licensed restaurant with reasonable prices next door. We would be happy to stay there again.

Nice property and close to the koala hospital
Enjoyed the stay and feel of the property. Very nice, clean and staff was very friendly. Will definitely stay again and wish we would’ve had longer to experience the area. Nice accommodation for those looking not to stay in a hotel setting. Great property for families. Close to the koala hospital, which was an added bonus.
