Byrd's Nest: 3 BR, 2 BA House in Port Bolivar, Sleeps 8

  • This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is perfect for your family! The cabin features both a back deck and a front deck, both with views of the beach. You'll love spending time outside, enjoying the Gulf breezes and the sound of the waves. It's also an easy drive or short walk to the beach, via the convenient beach access road.

    The house features a spacious living area, with a large plush sectional sofa and flat-screen TV. This opens to a well-appointed, modern kitchen (complete with Keurig coffee maker) and an island perfect for food preparation and dining. Or, enjoy outdoor dining on the covered deck instead!

    With 1200 square feet, Byrd's Nest easily sleeps 8. The primary bedroom has a king size bed with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two double beds and a third bedroom has one queen bed.

    The large shaded area under the house features an outdoor shower to wash the sand away after a fantastic beach day. Byrd's Nest is the perfect family cabin!

    Small dogs (under 35 pounds) allowed with a pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
    The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies). Washer and dryer not for guest use.
