Located in Pornic, in a quiet cul-de-sac just 3 minutes’ walk from Porteau Beach, this superb 120 m² villa welcomes up to 8 guests with its 4 bedrooms. The intimate, enclosed garden invites you to relax on the beautiful terrace, by the pool and jacuzzi. The villa features a bright living area facing the pool, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher), and a laundry room with freezer, washing machine, dryer, and an extra fridge. One bedroom is on the ground floor, with a shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms (140/160 cm beds), shower room, and separate toilet.



Enjoy Wi-Fi, TV, and a dedicated workspace.



Ideal for family or friends, this villa is perfect for sharing memorable moments.



Outside: garden furniture with parasol and barbecue. The private pool is heated (6.5 x 3.5 m) and secured by a rolling cover. Relax in the private jacuzzi (4 people), free of charge.



One parking space is available on the property. A free shuttle service (Pornic town) to the train station, Old Port, and beaches is offered.



Pornic, a seaside resort on the Jade Coast west of Nantes, is accessible by SNCF train.



A lively town with thalassotherapy, night markets, a 3-screen cinema, 18-hole golf, coastal hikes, water sports clubs, Club Mickey, old and new ports with free shuttles, and many secluded white sand coves.
