House with pool for 8 adults - 2 children

Comfortable house ideally located to discover the different facets of Pays de Retz and La Côte de Jade; its marshes, countryside and wild coast. This 180m² timber-framed house offers an ideal location between countryside and coast and can accommodate up to 10 people (8 adults and 2 children).



It comprises a kitchen equipped with induction hobs as well as all appliances and kitchen necessities so you feel at home; fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, capsule coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, blender, multifunctional food processors, wok, pressure cooker, ... The lounge with TV and Wi-Fi access (Fibre) has air conditioning and opens onto the 40m² wooden terrace with swimming pool and garden.

On the sleeping side, the ground floor has two double bedrooms (140cm beds) each with an additional single bed in a mezzanine (less than one metre ceiling height), a suite (160cm bed) with access to the terrace, a dressing room and bathroom, then on the first floor a second suite with double bed (160cm bed), WC, private bathroom and air conditioning. An independent bathroom, office space, laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, second fridge, childcare equipment (travel cot, high chair, lounger, changing mat), ironing table and iron and two fans complete the rental.



The landscaped garden is partly fenced and has a relaxation area with garden furniture, loungers, parasol and gas barbecue.

The ionised swimming pool (chlorine-free) is heated and available from 15 June to 15 September. Minimum depth of 0.90m and maximum of 1.50m and fitted with a submerged beach area.

You can park up to four vehicles on the property secured by an electric gate. (Two spaces are covered)

Bed linen is available as an option, depending on your preferred comfort level. Any linen ordered will be provided upon your arrival for the duration of your stay, with no replacement possible, and mid-stay cleaning is outside our scope of service.



The tourist tax is added to the rental amount and must be paid before your stay.

Depending on the platform used to book your stay, a security deposit may be required in the form of a pre-authorisation on your bank card at the time of final payment. This amount will not be charged and will be automatically cancelled after your departure, provided no damage has been found.
