The Douve cottage is a detached house located in the heart of Pornic, approximately 300 m from the old port and shops/restaurants, and 900 m from Noëveillard beach.  
Parking is 50 m away (free public parking or blue zone in season).  
Enclosed garden of 250 m² (south-facing).  
On one level (access to the house via 5 steps): kitchen open to the living room/dining room with sofa bed (140x190), 2 bedrooms (1: 160x200 bed, 2: 150x190 bed), bathroom, and separate toilet.  
Amenities included: stereo system, DVD player.  
Not included: electricity, electric heating, sheets (€20/bed), towels (€10/person), end-of-stay cleaning fee (€100), and tourist tax.  
Pets welcome upon request (€100 deposit).
