  • Located in the La Joselière area, just 50 m from the beach and water sports center, this charming holiday home sits in a private estate with a shared pool and tennis court. With about 24 m² over two levels, it features electric heating, a living area opening onto the garden, a kitchenette, a sleeping area with bunk beds, a bathroom, and a toilet. Upstairs, a mezzanine with a sofa bed (steep stairs). Enclosed private garden. One parking space is available.



    The pool is open from mid-June to mid-September. The tennis court can be booked in advance. The property is close to the beach, public transport is within walking distance, and another tennis court is about 15 minutes away on foot. Parking is available on the property, with free street parking also nearby.



    One pet is allowed. Free shuttle service to the train station is provided.
