L'Estran is an independent, brand new and very cozy cottage, located 300 m from the beach, 2 km from the center of Pornic with its shops/restaurants/boutiques, and 1.5 km from the thalassotherapy center.   
Private parking in front of the cottage.  
Enclosed outdoor space composed of 3 terraces including 1 with a Nordic bath facing south.   
Single storey: living room with open fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1: 160x200 bed, 2: 2 twin 80x200 beds), shower room and separate toilet.   
Equipment included: wifi, Bluetooth speaker, electric car terminal, complete baby equipment, children's beach games.   
Included: electricity, electric heating, sheets, towels and wood.   
Not included: mandatory cleaning fee (€60) and tourist tax.   
1 pet accepted (€7/day - €100 deposit).
