Resort was perfect for our young family. Lots of great activities for the young kids. Staff were very attentive and willing to help. The location is beautiful with a short walk to porec town.

We travel a lot every year, mostly cruises, but this hotel is one of the best we have ever stayed in. From the moment we got to the hotel we were totally relaxed. We spent two nights here and visited Venice during one day. Hotel located within few minutes of boarding point for boat to Venice so we were able to eat breakfast before 8.00 am departure. Good menu in restaurant and coffee bar, pleasant friendly staff and good rooms and furnishings. Pool rather small but adequate for a cooling dip. Beautiful property, the decor is modern and it felt new. The rooms are spacious and the views are incredible. I found the staff to be genuinely lovely, they take time to say hello and check in with you as you enter or leave the hotel. The breakfast menu has good variety and it eating it out on the terrace with the gorgeous view just gave me the holiday vibe! The hotel is unbelievably stunning. Every person we saw walking past the entrance looked in at the immaculate decor and architecture. The staff went above and beyond at every opportunity. Unknown to the staff I had a family bereavement the day before my stay (and 30th birthday) and I was quite emotional travelling to the hotel. Incredible hotel, one of the best I’ve stayed at in all of Europe. Very intelligently designed, rooms are spacious, staff is super helpful, and right on the water. Don’t miss out on the breakfast buffet, and if you have dietary restrictions like me, just ask the staff and they will make sure you leave happy and fat. Don’t hesitate, you won’t regret it.

A thoroughly enjoyable holiday. A15-20 min walk into the old town which is mainly uphill on the way back. The coast path which would have been easier and probably quicker was closed during our stay but due to be opened for the high season. A day trip on the local bus to the Roman antiquities in Pula very easily sorted. Three hours gets you to view them comfortably Car hire no problem

Modern bright hotel by the coast in Novigrad. Hotel is only a few years old and everything is pretty up to date with the usual things you'd expect these days. Quiet location on the edge of the old town, looking right on to the Adriatic. Breakfast was included and was very good, with eggs made to order. They also have a restaurant on site. The staff were very good and made the stay very pleasant and felt welcoming. All in all a very pleasant stay.

A recently renovated villa. It offers good service and an excellent restaurant. There is a free car park and it is a short uphill walk to the splendours of Labin's old town. There is some traffic noise from the neighbouring road.

Fantastic value family hotel with every imaginable facility for children and surprisingly good food considering it's a full board buffet. The design is contemporary with several swimming pools and play areas and it feels much more luxurious than the photos suggest. The idea is that once the children are occupied the adults can relax and free inclusive childcare is available from morning until night time. A wonderful location downtown Rovinj. The hotel was unique in its ambiance and atmosphere overlooking the Adriatic. The staff were extremely helpful in helping us park and returning us to the hotel in a golf cart. All in all, an awesome experience.

Host was really helpful and picked us up from the car park. A lovely terrace with a wonderful view.

Third visit to San Rocco and had a wonderful time. Great food and the friendliest staff. Feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Beautiful Hotel within lovely grounds, peaceful and relaxing. Staff were all professional, smiley and helpful, cannot fault them. No fighting for space by the pool or the lawned area with plenty of space around you. Bike hire was great way to get out to explore. Rovinji town was so beautiful to look at, lovely places to eat & drink, something going on in the Piazza every night. Lovely harbour. The whole place is so clean you feel you could eat straight off the floor! Very safe place too.
