"The staff was wonderful. Trasnportation to and from the airport was excelent and on time. When we arrived there were some issues woth our room which was addressed quickly. The resort overall is a beautiful paradise. The food was amazing. We also did the island tour which was amazing. Our tour guides were awesome and so helpful. I honestly could not ask for more."

"Judith is the very best hostess who will go out of her way to make sure you have a wonderful, welcoming experience not only at her guesthouse but the whole area. She's so knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. She scheduled a night boat ride on the Decalachao River which runs through her property to see the fireflies, stars (literally out of this world), and luminescent plankton. I was heading to another spot the next day and she went out of her way to contact the hotel to arrange my boat pick up at the Decalachao pier and arranged transport there for me and my luggage (and on the return trip too). The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the views of the river and surrounding area were beautiful, and the food was generous and delicious. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and hope to return someday soon!"

"Chindonan is located in a remote place and I had no problem getting there after being picked up at the port from the ferry - 45 minute speedboat ride. I came here for the diving and it did not disappoint. The food at the restaurant was tasty and offered a variety, including for vegetarians. All units require many steps to get there so it’s not for those who don’t want or cannot walk distances and stairs. "

"Right in the heart of Salvacion, a small town located 1 hour away from Coron. I was seeking a place away from the hustle and bustle . Great place to chill for a few days. Hotel staff and amenities are perfect! I shall return! Jh"

"The place is amazing. It is truly a beautiful resort. Kat and Francheska, the bartenders at Luna bar and by the pool, were both great! They made my stay so much more enjoyable as I was traveling alone. I’m really glad I made trip to Sunlight Resort."

Very peaceful spot, basic but comfortable, great food and excellent access to dive sites and the northern side of the island. This is an extremely quiet part of Basuanga Island, so be prepared with cash and a good book. "
