The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The washroom didn't have hand towels or face cloths. We had to keep requesting TP since no facial tissues either. No hot water in the shower. There was loud music all night from the adjacent bars. Staff were very polite and helpful. Very small TV with a few blurry channels. Location is near old closed down airport but far from most other attractions.

The staff was marvelous. Professional, always friend ready to assist. They made the stay extremely nice The room was spacious and clean. The spa was very good The downside was the fitness area was poor. Treadmill was outdated and not working properly. Another downside was the barstools at both areas were broken and old. If it wasn’t for the exceptional staff, it would be a worse rating.
