On one occasion, we waited over 30 minutes for halo-halo and were not informed of the extended wait time until we were about to leave. Aside from this, our overall experience was very positive. Despite the pool being under renovation during our stay, we would definitely return. Special thanks to Karla (receptionist from breakfast buffet) and the front desk staff member whose name begins with “F” (I think Floren), who was exceptionally helpful and truly went above and beyond to assist us."
