Situated within a stones throw (literally) from the Sea, and right next to the Fisherman's Dock, with direct access to the sea side foot walk onto the Poole Quayside and Town Centre. There is an abundance of activities that you can book to include Fishing Trips, Dive Boats, Sailing Boats, Parascending and more, as well as fantastic array of bars and restaurants that cater for all ages and tastes. The two bedrooms both have stunning sea views, with the master bedroom looking out over the harbour and across to Brownsea Island. There is a comfy lounge area with all expected facilities and a dining area that leads out onto the 'sun trap' patio and garden that backs onto the harbour and is absolutely perfect for BBQ, playing with your children or just relaxing in the sunshine. It is perfectly positioned to walk in to the centre of Poole. Getting up to that view every morning was great for the soul and the dogs loved being so close to the sea.
