The ground floor comprises a living room with a feature fireplace, cloakroom and luxurious fitted kitchen with integrated white goods and double doors leading out to the garden with a coal barbecue. The first floor offers three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a 5ft kingsize double bed. The second bedroom with 2x 3ft single beds to create a twin room. Third bedroom with a 3ft single bed. Each bedroom contains build-in wardrobes. The house bathroom boasts a rainforest shower over the bath. Externally, the garden is principally laid to lawn with a paved patio with a covered patio area with evening lighting and a covered BBQ area.
