"Lovely location in the middle of the beautiful Shropshire countryside, ideal for touring (which is what I was doing). Large pub with extensive menu and large garden. They even had a family fun event taking place in the glorious sunshine. Breakfast cooked to order - excellent. Would stay again if I ever venture that way again."

"A friendly welcome to the property. Although nowhere in the village to eat in the evening, we were recommended a restaurant 5 minute drive away in Corwen. Straightforward continental breakfast in the morning available. As the pub shut at 10pm, there was no late night noise so enjoyed a good night's sleep. A great base for exploring the area."
