Convenient free parking on the street. The apartment was spacious and provided the basics needed for 4 adult travelers. The price was reasonable. Cons: Water temperature swung wildly between scalding hot and unheated which made showering uncomfortable. The floors were dirty and crud was visible in the corners and baseboards. Friendly & responsive staff The stay was good for our trip purpose. The apartment was clean. Rooms had A/C. Main apartment area do not have A/C but one of the room's wall have enough space between it and the ceiling to allow A/C to cool down the area. No elevator, so it is a great opportunity to get your cardio. Building looks old and not so well maintained, but at the same time that unintentional vintage look has a kind of nice effect. Floors are not even, not sure if it has to do with some kind of expansion on the vinyl covering the floor.
