Your Private Estate — A Resort-Within-a-Resort

Set inside the gated Dorado Beach East community (within the Reserve), our estate offers the best of both worlds: the privacy and comfort of a luxury home, with resort amenities just a short walk or golf cart ride away. The compound includes two accommodations—a Main House and a Guest Villa—available individually or together.

Estate House (this property): A modern, single-story 5-bedroom, 6-bath main residence (~6,500 sq. ft.) featuring sleek, open-concept living and dining that flows to outdoor terraces. High ceilings and glass walls bring in natural light and lush views. Enjoy a fully equipped chef's kitchen, an inviting outdoor fire-pit lounge for evenings under the stars, and spacious bedrooms with en-suite spa-style bathrooms—including indoor/outdoor showers. Three private golf carts are included for your exclusive use.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this home in Dorado Beach. The house was spacious, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. It was perfect for relaxing and enjoying time together. The location was ideal, with easy access to everything we needed while still feeling private and peaceful. The home's pool and hot tub were definitely a highlight!What truly set this property apart was the level of care from the hosts. They were extremely responsive, always available to answer questions, and clearly committed to providing a high-end, luxury experience for their guests. Every detail felt thoughtful and well considered.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a seamless and elevated stay in Dorado Beach.
