The rooms were very spacious also clean. The two biggest problems were: 1- almost no one spoke english, even the owners spoke very basic english which made the communication hard. Which we found weird since this is a B&B in a touristy place. 2- When we made the reservations, it was marked that the breakfast was included and when we got there, they said we had to pay more for the breakfast.

Not a B&B. Couldn’t find the place. No signs or clues around the entrance. Dirty and smelly on arrival. Very disappointed. Was aware of hot tubs in rooms when I booked but the smell of damp was revolting. Musty and damp and felt like my skin was crawling. We booked for 2 nights but left at 7.30am the next morning. The host was nice when contacting initially and accommodated a late check in, but that didn’t make up for the quality. Smell of smoke and weed from the room next door hung in the air for the entire stay. The bathroom was clean but there was some sort of saniflow system that growled like a chair dragging across a floor every 5-10 seconds every time you showered, ran the tap or flushed the toilet. Very very strange and woke everyone around if you used in the middle of the night. Construction noise from 6am outside. Our friends window completely blocked with scaffolding. When we went to leave the next morning there was nobody around but the office was left wide open and our passport information was left sitting on the desk for anyone to see. Complete beach of GDPR. Very off putting. Wouldn’t recommend and recommend Expedia do an inspection as it shouldn’t be sold as a B&B. Felt like the rooms were sold by the hour….. feel bad leaving this review as the host was lovely in the lead up but just wasn’t as sold. Maybe covid has brought the area down and the building but wasn’t acceptable. Place wasn’t secure either and only one key between us and the street. Very unnerving.

Nice area, nice room, however problematic stay
I arrived about 6pm, after a problematic journey to discover that my room was not ready. The owners appeared very surprised that I wanted to access the room immediately. It was difficult to understand what was going on as I don't speak Italian, however it appears that because I hadn't confirmed my arrival time, they decided I wasn't coming, despite me having paid in full for 3 nights. (To be fair, they had tried to contact me, however my phone had broken so I didn't receive the call) After a lot of discussion in Italian, the owners agreed I could use another room for the night and move to another on the morning. This room was next to the reception and noisy. I had to remind them in the morning that I was supposed to be moving rooms, however even then the room was not ready. There was no wifi that evening, although it was fine for the rest of the week. During check in, I went to pay my city tax and didn't have change. The owner took my €20 note and said she would give me change on the morning. She did not and when I reminded her, she appeared to have forgotten. Eventually she remembered and I got my €14 change. There was also no hot water on one evening. All in all, a scary, unpleasant experience for me. The area however is lovely and feels safe and the property is clean.

Location, location, location.
Location was excellent. We simply loved the walk to the center of the city and also walking distance to the Pompei ruins. Also, not far from the train station. Friendly staff and neat place. We totally recommend it! Enjoyed. :)

Great location
This was a great spot for us! The rooms were clean and had what we needed, it was very centrally located and easy to find, and we were comfortable! The women working there were also very kind. The only downside I would say is that the housekeepers are very loud yelling to eachother in the hallways starting at even 7am-1pm and that woke us up multiple days in a row.

When we went to go check in, there was no one at the desk and we had to wait for her to come from outside. Once we were in the room, we found that not only did the shower not work but it was missing a door. Once we told the manager, she switched us to another room where again the shower did not drain but at least it closed all the way. The AC unit also did not work in the new room. The “breakfast” was not worth it, I would have rather gone to a local shop and pay 5€ instead of the croissant and juice box that they give you. Decent enough to sleep in but not exactly what I expected.

Pretty good, especially if you speak Italian
When we checked in, the receptionist couldn't speak any English, and it was difficult to communicate via Google translate. We also were stranded for about 20 minutes because the key had a very specific "double lock" where you had to turn the key both ways... We've been in Italy for a while, and never seen a lock like this, and we were not shown when we checked in. That wasn't ideal, but other than that, we had a great stay. It's well located, close to the ruins, and the bed was ridiculously comfortable. We were happy to have a mini fridge, and spent most of our time wandering. Thanks for a great stay. I look forward to coming back and spending more time on checking out the ruins again.

Great place to stay
Hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. Continental breakfast was great. Bed comfortable and rooms were clean. Location of hotel walking distance to ruins and very good restaurants close to hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 nights and plan to return sometime next year. Thank you to Mirosa and staff.

We were a bit confused on arrival as we did not see the sign saying 2nd floor. Had a problem with bath but this was soon rectified once reported. Bed was good but I found the pillows very flat and uncomfortable. Staff were all great and very helpful- I would stay again. Breakfast plentiful and enough to keep you going.

this B&B is a total disister
well the B&B is a total rip off right from the time u board in my booking said tax of 2 euros for adult and kids under 16 is free but they charged my son 14 as well leaving for the station I asked them to call a cab they call their own person who drives us to pompano train station about 200 meters from the B&B and he charged me 30 Euros when the real taxi drivers at the station seen this they called the cops and told me that I was ripped of and that it should not cost me more than ten euros and the cops came and they were totally useless

We asked about local restaurants and they were like ,"Won't you have dinner with us ?" Now who can let go of an opportunity to dine with the local family ? So we agreed happily :) The food was from some local restaurant and at the end of it they coldly asked for a 100 Euros !!! For the next day trip to Napoli Station , we had the offer by a great cab-driver for 50 Euros in a car big enough for the 4 of us. Our hosts offered to drive us for 40 , and they did ... in a dingy little car in which we had to sit one on top of the other !

Horrible. Worst experience- never again.
I’ll list the positive first - the WiFi worked well. The rest is bad. The person checked me in and all they cared about was getting their money, after he WATCHED me carry all my bags for me and my family up two flights of stairs, then he showed me there was a lift. Parking is a horrible. Then he gets in my car and makes me drive him to an expensive parking lot - IN MY CAR. They forgot to give me my passports back. The door leading to the outside balcony didn’t lock properly. Street noise. But here’s the best part if you’ve read this far, I indicated on the app that the check in process wasn’t good, so a lady showed up sticking her phone in my face, in my room, trying to intimidate me and my kids. This is absolutely my worst travel experience of my life

This was a perfect spot to base our family while visiting Pompeii. It was immaculately clean and Pasquale and Murias went out of their way to make us feel at home. Only a few minutes from the ruins, shops a restaurantsit was in a great location too. We’d come back in a heartbeat.

The best expierence in Pompei
Great hotel, the rooms were excellent and the staff was very graceful, 4 of us stayed in the family style suite that made us feel like home. close to everything within walking distance. We loooved Pompei and we are going back to visit and we surely stay @ Mirosa B&B again!

A really great stay - the B&B was really nicely decorated - the shower was a bit of a challenge but once we worked out you needed to leave the bidet on we got hot water!! The location is really great - right in the centre of town and really great location for exploring Pompeii!!

Great size and price for a small family.
New B&B in an older building. Room was clean and great size for our family, 2 adults and 2 toddlers. The staff were nice and helpful. Only downside was bathroom was outside the room, where it could be shared, but luckily no one was in the other room. The shower temperature wasn't consistent and was hard to keep warm as there was no heater in the bathroom with a broken window. The room was clean but had an overpowering perfume smell that needed to be aired out before it was comfortable to sit in room for more than 5 minutes. Breakfast was small, hosts were welcoming and definitely wanted to make sure we had everything we needed or desired.

La struttura è situata al centro di Pompei. È in ottime condizioni ristrutturata da poco con arredi nuovi. Un sentito ringraziamento per la proprietaria la quale è stata gentilissima e disponibile anche per le varie esigenze personali. Ottima pulizia interna. la posizione strategica sia per la vicinanza alla stazione circumvesuviana e a quella delle ferrovie dello stato (pochi minuti a piedi) perfetta per la vicinanza ai siti archeologici. La consiglio. Ci tornerò con la famiglia. Grazie.

El hotel está súper bien ubicado, la persona de recepción muy amable y servicial, las habitaciones amplias y cómodas, lo único es que el baño no tenía regadera, solo una tina en forma de corazón muy romántica pero muy incómoda para bañarse.

Service was very bad. We accidentally made a dubble booking, called the hotel right away but they did not want to help us. We had to pay for both rooms and when we arrived they even tried to only give us the key of one room. It was not very clean and the sound from the street was loud.

I am sorry for the inconvenience, but I explained to the lady of the hotel where you were before you booked and paid directly to the portal you had to call them to make the reservation. you did not pay otherwise otherwise I had no problem returning the money. the lady did not inform you.

La nostra esperienza nel B&B è risultata da subito molto positiva. Chi ci ha accolto è stato molto disponibile e le stanze sono provviste di tutti i comfort. L'alloggio si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dagli scavi di Pompei e l'area è servita da ristoranti e bar. Consigliato!

Dobrá lokalita, kousek do "centra", v blízkém okolí spousta restaurací. Personál příjemný, ale čistota pokoje slabší, malé, koupelna neudržovaná, starší, vlhká a bez odvětrání. Náš pokoj neodpovídal popisu ani fotografiím. Snídaně dobré, ale velmi malé a slabé. Člověk musel znovu posnídat v některé restauraci. Pokud bych jela na stejné místo, určitě bych nevolila toto ubytování!

Average Hotel, terrace door has no lock!
This is an average hotel. When we arrived nobody was at the reception. After about 10 minutes, finally someone came so we could check in. We were informed that the breakfast starts at 9am which is absurdly late so we never had breakfast at the hotel as we have planned our tours from 7am. The airconditioning works fine but the window/door in the bathroom has no locks - it can be opened from the terraces which are connected to other rooms. So practically anyone could come inside our room. One time the cleaning lady even forgot to close the door from the room to the terrace which I find irresponsible.

Ascensore guasto. 2 piani a piedi con bagagli. Mancanza acqua calda il primo giorno. Mancato funzionamento della TV il secondo giorno per motivi di antenna. Orario colazione 9- 11. Non comodo per chi vuole iniziare la giornata turistica presto. Costo del parcheggio convenzionato 15 euro per 2 notti. Pagato 8 euro di tassa di soggiorno senza ricebuta di pagamento.
