"Sanma wants to be a top notch hotel. It achieves that in some areas while others are lacking. Breakfast is a highlight esp. with a small a al carte menu at the table and champagner. Staff was mixed. Some really forthcoming and some clearly disinterested. For me the main issue though is a certain lack of maintenance although maybe that is being tackled at the moment with renovations going on in the hotel. For the price, i would have expected a more well rounded package."
