Prós: A equipe do hotel é muito boa, sempre prontos a ajudar e a localização também é muito boa. O hotel também conta com uma área de apoio ao hóspede, com água filtrada, microondas e ferro de passar e achamos isso muito bom. Café da manhã é incrível. Contras: Infelizmente o hotel não é um lugar silencioso, sempre tem muito barulho e as instalações precisam de reforma. O box do banheiro estava com vazamento e a área do banheiro sempre ficava muito molhada, o chuveiro tem que trocar também, pois é muito desconfortável, a água bate na gente que parece estamos levando uma surra. E a minha diária ainda não havia terminado e simplesmente cortaram a água do nosso quarto, achei uma tremenda deselegância e falta de respeito.
