"This is a good location- only about 5 stops on the bus into York. It has plenty of safe parking. We stayed in the Annexe and it was mostly quiet apart from one night- coming from the "Day Girls" Room? - opposite the Ladies Shower Room/toilets- staff? We had to ask them to turn the noise down at 1 in the morning. But, really, it's a good place. There are 2 really good pubs within a few minutes walk- for eating and drinking. The breakfast room is light and airy and the staff were really nice and friendly. Good value for money- for York- would recommend."

"Nice hotel conveniently positioned. Parking is free however the spots are quite narrow and may require a bit of to and fro to get out of. The rooms are spacious and clean but could do with a refresh."
