Decent hotel for a short stay
Good location close to the station and an easy walk into town. Standard Ibis breakfast. Clean air conditioned room. Friendly staff. Couldn't here any nosie from the sations

Super cheap and convenient! The hotel is right by the train station and about 10 minutes by foot from the city center. It's super quiet, clean, and has everything you need. Great cheap breakfast as well. The staff was very friendly and gave us a map with clear guidance. Our rooms were clean and the AC worked well. We really enjoyed our stay and would go back to an Ibis budget.

Careful
An Ibis Budget, no more or less... relatively cheap, relatively cheerful. Very convenient for the station. However, be advised that much of the city centre is situated up a very long, very steep hill away. Allow 15 minutes walk. Or take the bus.

Covid 19 Safe!
Stopped here on our trip back to Uk. Modern clean hotel. Guy on front desk was very helpful. Excellent rates arranged for overnight parking with car park next door. Covid19 restrictions adhered to.

Super find, especially as so cheap!
This was a great find in a lovely town we enjoyed exploring. The staff were very helpful, the hotel was quiet and extremely clean, and breakfast was excellent.

Great position.
I couldn't fault this Ibis. Great position, cheap secure parking for a motorcycle, friendly staff and basic but spotlessly clean and quiet room. Highly recommended for an overnight stopover.

The hotel is in a very good position for the train station but the city centre is uphill up a great many steps. We wanted to be near the station for travelling so very good for us.

Average Ibis- location not as good as hoped
Average Ibis hotel, not as central as station location would suggest. Local area seems safe but a bit dire and it was quite a long walk, up hill, to the city centre. Parking at car park next door - hotel arranges some discount. No street parking.

To be avoided. Smelly, nonexistent 'cafe', bad service.
Awful. The entire hotel smelled foul, ventilation was poor, lobby cramped, room cramped, and there was no 'cafe' as described on hotels.com. Just a dank little sitting area for the overpriced bare-bones breakfast, and a few machines. I cancelled my second night as soon as I saw how unsatisfactory it was. They refused to refund the cancelled night and they refused to refund the breakfast I had prepayed. One of the worst hotels I've ever been in, and I've been in a lot.

Great location and price for a comfortable stay
This hotel was excellent at a great budget price. Conveniently located near to the train and bus stations and also the town centre. The room was clean and modern with an excellent ensuite shower and toilet/wash basin. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant and economical stay.

Helpful staff, room design maximising space, comfy bed, excellent lighting, amazing coloured lights in shower head! See photo...wow! Hangers for clothes but little storage space. But excellent value for money.

One night in Poitier
I required a clean cheap room for one night between dropping off the hire car and getting the flight out the following day for me and my family. Helpful, well presented staff and the same for the rooms. I wasn't expecting the Hilton (and wasn't paying that either) but we got a room with enough room to sleep and keep our bags in. Breakfast the following morning was included when we were there and it only came to under E60 for the three of us. Happy visitor.
