"The front desk staff’s attitude was so poor that it was unworthy of PARKROYAL. Check-in was slow, and they couldn’t provide a clear, courteous explanation about early check-in. Even after I left my luggage with them, it was handled carelessly and left unattended. It was extremely unpleasant, and I will not stay there again."

"Room was clean, but the shower had some tiny spots of mold. Wasn’t sure how often the rooms were vacuumed. Beautiful views of Darling Harbor. Was able to watch the fireworks from our room. Would be nice if outlets were updated with usb-c charging ports. "

"Very convenient from the international terminal -- about a 5 minute walk. Smitty's Bar -- food and service were excellent. Easy walk back the next day to catch a shuttle to the domestic terminal. Room was al well appointed and quiet. "
