"This charming castle is truly a gem among Umbrian fields. Set on a hill, it's a very well-maintained and clean hotel, with a pool overlooking the nearby valley. "I couldn't have dreamed up a more idyllic Tuscan villa. It was like a living in a dream that we didn't want to end. Our host Valerio was so helpful, kind, and welcoming. The home was impeccably clean, charming, cozy and very spacious. We didn't have a car so we ventured out during the day using a hired taxi driver and stayed in at night and prepared delicious meals in the kitchen using fresh local ingredients we brought, drank our Montepulciano wine and thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after dinner. I would highly recommend a private, chef-prepared dinner by Walter. An unforgettable experience with five courses, each one better than the next somehow! It was so hard to leave but we will be back without a doubt! We will stay longer next time and definitely rent a car to get around more easily."
