This luxurious apartment has an amazing ocean view from your balcony. Private beach from the property has crystal clear water. Has paddleboards ... I wish I had extra time to use them. Host was kind and attentive. Breakfast served individually was excellent as well. Enjoyed a lot and wished stayed longer.

We had an amazing 2-night stay! From the moment we arrived, our hosts were incredibly welcoming. Check-in was easy, and they showed us around the property. We even received welcome drinks and a bottle of wine in our room—a wonderful touch! Our studio was exactly as pictured, very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The balcony was fantastic, with beautiful sea views and the perfect spot to watch the sunset with an evening drink. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was spacious with great water pressure, and the Wi-Fi was fast and easy to connect to. We also had a parking spot, which was a great bonus. The beach was absolutely beautiful, with clear water and small pebbles. There were also restaurants and a grocery store nearby. The hospitality really stood out. Our hosts offered breakfast, and when we couldn’t make it due to an early start, they offered to pack us a lunch instead! They gave us great recommendations for exploring the area, welcomed us with drinks when we returned, and even did a load of laundry for us. So thoughtful! We only wish we could have stayed longer. If—or rather, when—we return to the area, we will definitely stay here again. 6 stars, 10/10! Highly recommend!

We were welcomed with a very warm welcome around 10pm with cold beers and a chance to relax before being taken to our room . Waiting was a lovely bottle of Red. The studio apartment was spotless and had EVERYTHING we needed The bed was super comfortable and the balcony views were incredible Breakfast wow, we loved this Bonus. We had omelettes every morning, fresh breads, with butter, jams, honey and cream cheeses. A jar of coffee so we could have as much as we wanted, juice and a different fresh fruit daily We were never felt rushed to just relax or have another coffee. Beach front literally across the path, clean safe waters, free beds and umbrellas saved us a fortune to other trips we’ve had to croatia Location was ideal, for the supermarkets and amazing restaurants all on little jetty’s and tables on the beach The whole property was spotless, lovely area to chill and look out to sea. Lovely little nooks for a library Everyone was so lovely, approachable and would answer any questions we had Would we go back, yes indeed We will be returning next year We spent 5 days here before heading to Brac Thank you again and we will see you next year Donna and Damian

This is a wonderful location for the beach with chairs and umbrella paddle boards. Easy walking to restaurants bars. Bus stop close for going into Split. Mladen, Nina, Mare and owner Danielle all supper helpful with where to eat check in and parking. Small room but we were only there to sleep. No elevator so need to be able to climb stairs. The property is located right on the beach with sparkling clear water, no waves or seaweed/private pebble beach for guests. The check in and communication with the host was excellent. Our room happened to have two bathrooms, a small kitchen and small living room. We had a lobg balcony with a beautiful view. The apartment interior was basic with soap available, but no shampoo; bring your own. Bed was comfortable. Hosts were pleasant and accommodating. Overall, location is great, but overpriced value wise. Parking is available, but tight.

Pansion Žanić je jedno od onih rijetkih mjesta gdje se od prvog trenutka osjećate ne samo kao gost, nego kao dragi prijatelj kuće. Plaža na par koraka: Lokacija je čista čarolija. Plaža vam je doslovno pod nosom, pa iz svoje sobe u par sekundi možete uskočiti u more. Doručak pripremljen s ljubavlju: Izvanredan doručak je priča za sebe. Gospođa Mare nam je svako jutro spremala doručak sa toliko pažnje, da vam svako jutro započne na najljepši mogući način. Sve je svježe, ukusno, a specijalitet kuće (omlet sa pršutom i sirom) preukusan. Besprekoran komfor: Sobe su izuzetno dobro opremljene, mirne i veoma čiste. Ovo nije samo smještaj, nego pravo malo utočište za dušu. Hvala gđi. Danijeli, gosp. Idrizu i gđi. We had a wonderful stay overall and really enjoyed our time here. We had breakfast three mornings, and it was one of the highlights of our stay. The breakfast is served at your table in a cozy setting. The omelette was delicious—fluffy, juicy, and full of flavor—accompanied by fresh bread, rolls, and fruit. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants, attractions, and places to visit in Podstrana, Split, and the surrounding area, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Our room was comfortable and well-equipped, with a full kitchen and a beautiful panoramic view of the island of Brač and parts of Split. The hotel also provides complimentary sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach, which was a great bonus. Getting around was easy, with both Uber and the local bus making it convenient to explore the area. Overall, this is a lovely, cozy, family-run hotel right by the beach. We felt very welcome throughout our stay and would definitely love to come back in the future. Highly recommended! 🌞

Family of 4. Stayed for 5 nights- Amazing staff, beautiful property on the beach, clean rooms, kitchen for cooking, they met every ask/need. It’s a private beach spot with guest chairs/umbrellas, paddle boards and tables. Location is perfect, close to markets etc. the family own staff did above and beyond, to include washing some of our laundry. I will stay again and hopefully all travelers headed this way choose this property. They are the nicest and they make you feel welcome! The mom gave me espresso every morning and fruits for my family. They have breakfast ect.

Booked the smallest room by mistake, but this was still the best hotel because of the beautiful surroundings perfectly located right on the beach. Even better, the hospitality by Danijela and her family was fantastic and made this the best vacation ever. We had no fridge in our room, (removed because it was broken) so Danijelas husband went out and bought a fridge that turned out to be a freezer. Ended up with solid frozen food and beverages and a good laugh before new fridge was put in our room. No problem. We were offered coffee every day, complementary breakfast, fruit, even beer. The hospitality goes up and beyond and always with a smile. Thank you for the best 5 day vacation and greetings from Aina and Kristin.

Et lite og koselig privat drevet hotell. Hotellet har egen strand. Solsenger og parasoller var gratis. Den lille leiligheten med veranda og flott utsikt over sjøen, var ren og ryddig da vi kom. Kjøkkenet kunne hatt litt mer utstyr. På denne turen har vi møtt verdens hyggeligste personale som var tilgjengelig for oss gjester hele døgnet. Det gjør at vi gjerne tar en langhelg her igjen. Vin, kaffe, te og kake helt gratis. For en service! Med Uber og Bolt er det ikke noe problem å bo et lite stykke unna Split. Tur/retur Split betalte vi 20 euro for. 10/10

Jag och nin man hade en underbar vecka. Allt var bara så BRA. Vi fick först en uppgradering till en fantastisk svit, med en enda trappa ner till havet. Lätt att gå upp och dricka ett glas öl eller rose'. Så underbar, stor säng. Varje morgon lagade Maria en mycket rejäl frukost, en våning upp, med allt en nordbo önskar. Privat och lugn strand med egna solstolar, vatten helt kristallklart. Var bästa resa någonsin. Även en gnällig person hade jobbigt att hitta något att klaga på. Bästa hälsningar från Annki och Mats

Hosts were wonderful and so accommodating. Our studio was right on the beach and was perfect until, unfortunately, a neighbour who smokes moved in. The decks are close together so we couldn’t get away from it. Apart from that we loved our stay there as it has the most amazing beach, walking path and restaurants and stores nearby. We can’t say enough about the hosts - they were fantastic. Thank you!

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and relaxed at the hotel! The staff was incredibly helpful and made us feel right at home. The property itself is right on the water with a private beach that we enjoyed most days. We loved the boardwalk between the beach and the hotel and walked along it in the mornings and evenings. Each morning, we looked forward to breakfast on the deck with the best views of the sea. We cannot say enough about how perfect this hotel was for our stay. There was a bus stop just a short walk away and markets and restaurants also in walking distance. Any time we had a question or needed a recommendation the staff was incredibly helpful! We will certainly come back. A few things to help prepare for your stay: - the parking lot is small, the staff helped us to park and turn the car around in the lot. We had no issues parking but we're surprised by how narrow the roads/lots could be throughout the area! - the beach is accessible using stairs from the hotel. The walk is not very long, but could be challenging to those with mobility issues.

Struttura molto bella e curata, le Signore molto cordiali gentilissime la camera bellissima, la colazione buona, la posizione davanti ad una piccola spiaggetta privata con ombrellone e sdraio molto apprezzato, noi siamo andati a visitare Spalato abbiamo preso l'autobus 60 che ferma a 20 metri dall'hotel. Comunque lo consiglio.

We highly recommend to stay here - the owners are amazing, friendly, helpful The location was great - with fabulous views, right on the beach The apartment we stayed had everything you could need or want - and if not, the owners would certainly do their best to find it for you The bed was very comfortable We certainly hope to go back one day
