Come and stay in this beautiful new house that can accommodate 4 guests, located in the town of Plévenon. You'll be charmed by its proximity to Fort-La-Latte Castle, Cap Fréhel, Château Serein Beach, and the Port of Saint-Géran.  
  
Between Cap Fréhel and Les Sables d'Or, close to all the region's most exceptional sites. On the edge of the beautiful Anse du Croc, a family-friendly beach, you'll enjoy walks along the GR34 coastal path to Cap Fréhel.  
  
This house offers:  
On the ground floor:  
  
\- A large living room with a lounge area (sofa bed for 2, TV, and Wi-Fi) and a dining table for 4;   
  
\- A fully equipped kitchen, including: sink, 3-burner induction hob, extractor hood, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, filter coffee maker, citrus juicer, toaster, kettle, and various accessories (cutting board, utensils, pans, pots, etc.);   
  
\- A shower room with walk-in shower and toilet;   
  
\- A laundry room with washing machine;
