The GR34 coastal path runs along the beach and passes right behind the residence, making this apartment an ideal stopover. Situated on the 1st floor of a quiet residence, it features: \- A living room with a table for 2 to 6 people, a 140 cm BZ sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, and an equipped kitchen opening onto a private terrace where you can enjoy your meals while admiring the sea or relax facing the panorama. \- A bathroom with shower and WC. \- A bedroom with sea view, 140 cm bed, chest of drawers, closet at your disposal, and a TV. \- Capacity for 3 people. \- Baby bed available on request. Free private parking in the residence, secured by a manual barrier, or parking available 50 m away. WIFI included and TV channels via fiber. Ideally located between the Pink Granite Coast and Saint-Malo, you can discover the Côtes d’Armor and its exceptional sites: Cap Fréhel, Fort La Latte, Val André, Bréhat Island, Paimpol, Plouha cliffs, and the Gouët gorges.
