"Great location. Stanley Park is a short walk away. Many places to eat also a very short walk. Located close to hwy 99 if using a car. Parking was extra at $45 + tax/day. The room was nice and clean. The A/C situation is a bit strange as it had a unit in the room rather than built-in, but we later found out that older buildings never came with A/C's installed in Vancouver, so then it made more sense. When we shared that we had a poor experience elsewhere he offered to show us a room so we could see the layout, cleanliness, and overall condition of the room.
