"The area is nice for a calm vacation. Different pool options, food options, and activities. Although some staff members were a little rude. The hotel room was clean tightly and spacious. "We booked an all-inclusive through expedia. Flight was cancelled the morning we were to leave. We’re left hanging with no room and neither expedia or the hotel offered us a room. Had to pay out of pocket. We spent over & above with spa packages & meals throughout the week. Hotel couldnt even give any discount & soaked us to stay one more night for next flight out. Very disappointed. Food was mediocre at best as well. Would never stay again. "

"What an absolutely beautiful new resort located in a very safe area! Our unit was very clean, spacious, tastefully decorated and the beds were comfortable. The pool area was relaxing and not overcrowded at all. The walkability to 2 grocery stores as well as Walmart was an added bonus. The staff at Casa Nina were all very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely be back! "
